Had a chat with a friend earlier. He checked out my Ipod list and had a good laugh. He says some of the songs are pretty uncool. And warn me not to show anyone my Ipod song list ever. hhahahahaha im not that scared to show it to my friends. i have exactly the same song you posted up there. its the song from the old justice bao. i thought it was a nice song and had it on my comp and my cousins (younger than me) came over to my house and were going through my comp when they song that song. they were like what da hell is that? such a crappy song, dont you have any songs thats a bit better? they are more into modern chinese music but im not really a fan of modern muscian cuz i think most of them are not that good a singing.
Yups. The older 1993 Justice Bao series have this as their ending theme. Hell that was a great series ! Love it. And yeah like what Dragon mention, it sure bring back memories. That was the time Karaoke was just beginning to become popular. One day my bro bought the Machine and that was the song my family sang together. The lyrics is really beautiful and poetical. This song was huge in every KOK session and everyone seems to be singing it. Oh well, so much for my Ipod list. Did I mention that I have the Elmo Song in my list too. ?. lol.
Yeah man, I have Anita Mui and Teresa Teng songs on my mp3. My friends just go 'omg soo old!!' I'm not a fan of the modern music for the exact same reason as haun. Old school all the way!

There's no problem w/ that song ... your friend is the one with the problem .. nothing to be embarrassed about .. I am trying to gather old songs myself .. like 費玉清, 蔡琴, 林黛, 尤雅, 鄧麗君 .. so hard to find them .. I think a lot of oldies are better than today .. more simple and meaningful .. today's music lyric are so crude and wordy .. not all but majority of them.
I'm not really embarassed about any of my music... but if i wasn't as secure with my masculinity as i am... id have to say my phil collins & genesis collection would be up there on the embarassing songs list headbang2 hahaha or maybe - Taylor Swift - Love Story but i justify this because i LURVE her -unsure

I have almost all of my music in my ipod which I plug into my car when I'm driving. It's hilarious when I give my friends a ride. They freak out when Chinese music starts playing.
