Regardless of her slight flu, tranquil beauty Sonija Kwok (郭羨妮) exudes an aura of elegance that immediately puts one at ease when talking to her. In The Day of Days <初五啟市錄> which has taken over the slot from Friendly Fire <法網追擊>, viewers get to see a dignified Sonija who plays a rich lady of Xiguan. This is a role which Sonija eased into smoothly. Although the 38-year-old’s youth may have passed, Sonija has everything she ever wants in life – a doting husband and a lovely daughter. “It is best to have a common life,” Sonija said. Born in Hong Kong, Sonija migrated to Vancouver with her family and graduated from the Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Psychology. Although she could easily command a high salary working as a professional, she to work with Cathay Pacific as a flight attendant and upon landing her feet in Hong Kong, relished it so much that she moved to Hong Kong.
