Hello everyone, I plan on purchasing a new phone but there are so many -.- I was wondering if anyone can give me a brief run down of the pros and cons of these two phones. In addition, is there other alternative phones that are on par or better than the two phones mentioned? Like Nokia or Samsung? Thanks in advance!

they both have similar specs, but the Arc has a better design im waiting for a US Carrier to get one of those so i can get it...rumors has it that Tmobile bought the rights to the Neo =D
Like every post that has been asking about choosing phones. What are you after from a phone? The performance? Durability? Reliability? Looks? Gaming? Etc.... I can't remember what the Neo looks like but I may have brushed it when aearching for a phone for my BF but from what I have seen the Arc is pretty damn nice. But if it ia anything near like the x10 I got told it isn't that good. And if you are looking for an android smartphone thats getting up to date with the latest android softwar then go for HTC phones. If you want all round performance then go for Sumsung Galaxy Ace or Galaxy II
