I'm not sure what you mean but when the technology is ready, the newspapers can use it for their subscribers so they can update the 'paper' any minute and the subscribers can carry the 'paper' with them anywhere.

 

I mean change in technology

 

They now will after having walked behind the facts with the Internet like a few years ago. Bet they won't let it happen again others 'stealing' this new medium from under their nose away.

 

Still a new media. As far as I can tell, none of the newspapers made it succesful to the internet.
