Standalone Macromedia Flash Player

    And no the Adobe version only works if you're viewing o playing flash games on a web page; I'm hoping to find a standalone one (without having to do all the format conversion,directplay).
    If I wanna play flash games offline, where we can get the flash player, preferably Standalone Macromedia Flash Player to be installed in a laptop

    Were you able to download the swf file?

    Try opening it with your browser. It should work.
     
  3. there is one.. i used to open swf to play games all the time... the name escapes me though =(

    but yea, like kon said, your browser should be able to open swf files

    what about shockwave player?? do you need that?

    yup. swf files open with IE but i find it irritating everytime when swf files started in IE. can any1 upload the Standalone Macromedia Flash Player here?
    btw, how to open .dcr file?

    no such thing as standalone Macromedia player as Adobe bought Macromedia, LOL

    This one should work, if not you can either set the default browser to chrome/firefox/safari so when you click the swf file, whichever the default browser you have will open it, or open the swf using the flash authoring environment

    i mean Macromedia Flash Player. i think i used it around year 2000. What happen to tis product after Adobe bought Macromedia? U stil keep tat program?
