Staying Up Really Late.. bad? =O

    What time about you guys usually goto bed. Scool-day and non school day. And does it make any difference if you goto bed earlier?
    What do you do that makes you goto bed really late? or are you just a night person [like me!!] lol, hahaha. -rockon

    hahaha, makes no difference to me either i goto bed earlier or late - i still get up same time on non-school day which is around 11ish.

    i goto bed really late... 3-ish/4ish when i have no college next day but it i did have college then i would goto bed abit earlier around 1ish/2ish . . .

    I usually just stay up watching series/movies then after that i browse around on the net. lol
     
  2. no matter what time i sleep i have to have between 7-8 hours of sleep.

    that amount will allow for best performance.

    i don't think it makes much difference in the end

    tho generally if i know theres no work/skool/uni the next day
    u just stay up later (not like i get any more sleep >< lol)

    i had work this morning
    got back to my room like 1:30am lol

    but i'm being better now, sleep by 2 every nite
    if im really tired it'll be 1 ahhah

    i don't think "bad" staying up late
    but its better to sleep earlier and wake up earlier, its more productive

    You should get at least 7 hours of sleep a day, but let's face it no one can get 7hrs of sleep everyday in this time and age. Just try to sleep for at least 7 hours a day as often as possible. Trust me when I say it helps a lot. You don't lose your concentration in certain tasks as easily, and your mind works more efficiently.

    depends.. when there's no school.. my sleep cycle might move to 5am-1pm sleeping..

    parents tell me to sleep early = less acne... i don't see any logic bvehind it.. lol.. think it's just their way to attempt to make me sleep earlier.
    usually sleep 1am-3am regardless school or no school. lol
    school i just get less sleep.. no school.. i'll still manage to get up to 11hrs sleep.. lol

    i like to stay up late too but mostly it's for studying. i can only study during night time which is peace and quiet time for me XD.

    it is now 5:49 in the morning, and i just stayed up all night watching internet tv LOL

    shit im gonna be fucked up in a few hours.. hahahahha

    lol pulled like 2 all-nighters last week, the after effects were bad lol...

    but yea average 2-4am, and it's bad for your health i guess...

    i need 14 hours to function at proper lee-lee level. any less then that, i'm kinda just sorta there but not really.

    ^this one time, i slept for 22 hours straight. i HAD to get up eventually cause my stomach was growling for food. so i ate and went back to sleep. it was this one time when i had like exams and papers due within a really small time frame so i just studied and worked around the clock.
