Rumor has it that Stephen Chow has his eyes on entering Hollywood Movie world. He wanted to direct/produce and act as Kato in Bruce Lee's sitcom "The Green Hornet" with Seth Rogen. Seth was interviewed recently by SCI FI Wire. He was describing Stephen's English as "non existence"and there maybe be problem in communication. Yesterday there was a media report that Stephen has resigned to be the director for "The Green Hornet". It is not sure if he was annoyed with the remarks that Seth had made.

In fact, it turned out that Stephen may have someting else in mind. He would be directing and acting in another wide screen movie similar to "Superman". He would be working with "Buffalo Soldiers" actor Jack Black and "The Devil wears Prada" Anne Hathaway. Jack Black had an interview earlier on and he said he was full of admiration for Stephen's talent.

A reporter wanted Stephen to clarify if he had given up directing "The Green Hornet". Stephen said "Sure, I have other arrangemnet. (Is it because you are working with Jack Black?) It is hard to say right now, I will make an announcement later on. (If you are not directing, have you given up on the role of Kato?) The company "Sony and Pictures" really wanted me to play that role, but I have to check my next year's work achedule first."
