Monday August 21, 2006 Hong Kong Stephy Tang is Immuned Against Rumours Yesterday reports regarding Alex Fong and screenwriter, Ye Nianchen, both asking Stephy Tang out were released. It was also said that, Ye, who has a girlfriend, has been after the singer for quit a while. When attending a promotional event for ‘Love at First Note’, Stephy admitted to have meetings with Ye but denied claims of dating him. Stephy expressed that she only treats such reports as jokes. Justin Lo, Kary Ng, Theresa Fu and Stephy all attended the promotion. As Stephy was the latest to make entertainment news headlines, she was surrounded by many reporters. She disclosed that she and Ye did go out to watch a musical and have dinner but he is definitely not asking her out. Stephy then continued to state that she will not avoid meeting up with friends even if reporters follow. When asked if she believes her relationship with Ye could develop further, Stephy expressed that she does not feel it at the moment as they are friends. Recently, it has also been rumoured that Stephy and Alex Fong were dating. Regarding this, Stephy stated that she is already immune as the rumours are quite old.
