They carry pearls of wisdom as well as the fantastic ability to enchant us. When legends as mystical as those shrouding the mausoleum of China’s first Emperor Qin Shi-huang and his elixir of eternal youth meet action marvel Jackie Chan, a magnetic new film is created: The Myth. Directed by Stanley Tong - the mastermind behind such blockbuster hits as Rumble in the Bronx - who co-wrote the script with Wang Hui-ling (of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon fame), The Myth is a hugely entertaining action extravaganza that takes the audience on a rollercoaster ride of computer-generated graphics, spectacular action sequences and grandiose remote locations around India and China. Blending historical elements with fiction, The Myth follows the adventures of intrepid archaeologist Jack and valiant and loyal General Meng-yi at the court of Emperor Qin Shi-huang. Both characters are played by Jackie Chan in a multi-faceted, stunning performance. Chan’s irresistible trademark humour, his accomplished Chinese fighting techniques and his impressive physical prowess - he is known for rarely using stunt doubles, regardless of the risk involved - play opposite a flair for rendering his characters’ complex emotions. Hey, does anyone know if this show is in Cantonese or Mandarin? Am looking for one in Cantonese. Buzz me if you do know. Thanks
Yes he sings most of the theme song to some movie. This theme song sang by Jacky wasn't the best but ok. I like the sad one where he sang for this movie called "accidental spy".
