Monday September 15, 2008 Hong Kong Susanna Kwan (關菊英) took part in a Mid-Autumn festival promotional event at Ma On Shan's Sunshine City Arcade on Sunday. With the festival falling on a weekend, a big group of fans turned out to show their support, all eager to shake her hand and grab a poster. The Moonlight Resonance <家好月圓> star also performed some songs on the stage and signed autographs for her dedicated fans. Susanna revealed that it has been ten years since she took part in this kind of event on her own and it was a lovely feeling to see so many supporters at close quarters. Asked if she will be celebrating the special occasion with her good friend Willy Chow (周偉利), Susanna replied that she will be spending the evening having a meal with family and friends. With the announcement from godmother Lee Heung Kam (李香琴) about her cancer risk rising, Susanna said that she believed it was due to the strenuous work that Kam has been undertaking recently. She has urged Kam to take more rest to avoid the risk getting any greater. There has been a lot of speculation that Moonlight co-star Michelle Yim (米雪) will soon be marrying her long-term partner Wan Chi Keung (尹志強) following recent health scares. Susanna said that she has not received confirmation from this as Michelle is currently working in the mainland, but when they meet up for the screening of the Moonlight finale, then she will ask and pass on her congratulations if the news is true. credits: batgwa.
