The competitors for the first K-Chart of 2010 were 2PM with Heartbeat, T-ara with Bo Peep Bo Peep and Younha with We Broke Up Today. The results were close, but the first K-Chart win of 2010 went to the 6-member girl group. It was T-ara's first-ever win on a music program since their debut so the award must hold even more meaning for the girls.
