I'd never buy an expensive used watch from anyone without getting it appraised by a jeweler first though, the chances of getting fucked over with a replica watch is way too high.
It's a counterfeit, see the missed spelling of the brand, think I saw it for around $10 in bootleg shop in CTown.
For all you know the guys watch is actually called Tagugher..... maybe he also wears Kalvin Clive suites with mosquito cologne- 10 bucks each plx, for you.. 9 buck fiddy
