Tavia Yeung and Charmaine Sheh - The story of mistreatment on palace maid After grand production "War and Beauty", "Beyond The Realm Of Conscience" which was in filming progress, is also an ancient series that circulates around the struggling, fighting and intriguing against each other in palace. Besides than Charmaine Sheh and Moses Chan that had chance to collaborate again, there was also good actress like Michelle Yim and Suzanna Kwan who joined in this time. This is also the first time for Tavia Yeung to try out a villain role. As Charmaine Sheh and Tavia Yeung origin from palace maid, therefore before they could find ways survive in palace, they would have to withstand all the mistreatment in the palace. Charmaine would be splashed with water and Tavia's mouth would be stitched up. Not easy at all to be a palace maid. Tavia Yeung who always took up the role of a straightforward person, finally know what is the meaning of “disaster comes from mouth” in this series. Tavia Yeung expressed, “In this series, I would voice out everything and therefore I would always offend other peoples. Before this, I tried before being beaten up until my mouth and face were swollen. This time my mouth would be stitched up. Although the needle did not prick exactly inside her mouth, but anyhow her face would hurt whenever the needle touched her skin. Other than being abused in palace, there was also another development for Tavia as this was the first time she took up a villain role. “I always become a good person. I want to try out a different role as a baddie. This is because there are many inner acting this time and it was quite hard so I will always ask Michelle and Suzanna for their guidance. Before this I watched a lot of Best Actress, Lau Hiu Heng's movies. I hope that can bring fresh feelings to audiences. After War And Beauty, Charmaine Sheh who once again took part in palace series, would not act as a palace concubine who fights with other concubines in palace anymore. “This time, I act as a palace maid that grows up in palace. During my childhood time, my mom would always teach me to speak good words, do good deed and be a kind hearted girl. Therefore, I would listen to my mother’s advice and become a very good person and do my parts in palace. My role is totally different from Tavia. Her role is a palace concubine that would use all the evil tricks to maintain her status. I put a lot of hopes in this series as the story is indeed attractive. When I took the script, I could finish up reading 10 episodes in 1 day. Hope that when they air this series, it will attracts a lot of audiences.
