ok, from all the restaurant you ve been over the world , where did you find the best and why? food may be a critearia but it cannot be the only reason either plz gimme a link to illustrate if it has one the truth is i'm studying hotel management and this is my last year so , my final projet is to create a real restaurant with the financial plan with bank real interest, marketing plan, rights, organisation (have to find the concept, the menu, as well....) as i'm just asking idea i don't think i'm posting in the wrong section
sexy avatar..... best restaurants have to provide the atmosphere that compliments the food being served... also the location is also key to how the food taste psychologically..... if you are in a more wealthy neighborhood as opposed to the regular average chinatown the taste is different as for exmaple a dish from chinatown can easily "taste" better than a 5star restaurant... Do not over advertise and only advertise within the local area of the restaurant as it is much more likely a local of the town would stop by as opposed to someone 10 miles away... Buying an existing restaurant is also good if the space and kitchen is adequate in size, renting is an option but owning the building is better for more income, Any loans should of course be paid off and a fixed rate is the best way to go, try not to borrow too much (anything over 40%).
When considering purchasing fixed assets like a cooker, dishwasher, consider hiring one instead of buying one as it will be cheaper short-term, but its expensive if contracted long-term but the the short-term option keeps the bank balance in the positive
