lol i'm sure ya'll learned about this way back, how many servings of each food group do you eat a day on average or what do you eat the most of daily... i think on average, i usually have like 3 servings of rice, a serving of fruit, 2 servings of meat and not really much milk or veggies daily lol... And yea i layed off the fat so i think i'm good
lol i reckon i have the top2 the most, Vegetables and rice, cereal and that kinda stuff is going up too much haha =P hmmmm, but i think i shouldnt start eatin healthier =P
diet month for me.......(the past 2 yeras...) @ least 2 serv. of fruits @ least 2 serv. of veg. 1 - 1/2 dairy 0 - 1 sweets 1 - 2 serv. of starch/complex carbs 1 - 2 serv. of meat healthy!
hmm i probably have 3 servings of rice too ... and i eat at least 4 servings of veggies .. and probably 1-2 servings of fruit i eat one yogurt a day and don't get that much meat .. and fatty stuff i eat like 1-2 times a week i think i'm pretty healthy .. but still a fatty -sweat
I never got this pyramid so i eat whatever i believe is healthy enough for me.... Let's see yesterday i had an apple for breakfast (I usually dont have time to eat breakfast) two hours later i ate 3 small cookies, and for lunch i had my pork chop rice with string beans (i made for dinner last night) got home at some peanuts and hotdogs.... for dinner i had ground beef with string beans and rice (had to use up the remaining string beans ) and that was its.... of course not everyday is like that... just yesterday.....
nor do i, just eat wat is put out for dinner. not sure how much u would consider a serving to be for vegetables. is that one whole vegetable or what?

I try to have at least 3 servings of veg and 3 servings of fruit. I have my calcium thru yoghurt and have lean meat. I tend to use little or no oil for cooking. however, i do like my snacks which is usually my downfall!
for meat servings, depends on what type, usually 1 serving = about the size of your palm for snacks, a handful amount
hmmm my eating is definately not even close to being healthy.....the only meal i have is dinner and its usually just a salad, fruit and quite a bit of meat haha occasionally whenever i go out of town to visit my bro at his college we go to a chinese restaurant haha its like a treat......gotta love the college lifestyle
^ Sounds like you're on diet. Lol I don't really bother much bout the pyramid. I do try not to take oily deep fried foods. So my foods are mostly steamed, broiled, baked or grilled. I love meat, but forcing myself to take equal portions of veggies too.
i never followed that xD meat meat meat and rice and maybe fruits and veggies every 2 days but i think im pretty healthy tahts what the doctors tell me anyways
