    just read the updates .. the governor spokesman claimed it was a mere coincidence. people read too much into the letter but i believe the governor does have a point. the legislature has done shit for californians beside cashing their own paycheck.

    it's clever if that was the intention .. doubt the governor wrote the letter himself .. lol .. he's not sophisticate enough to write so eloquently.. lol
