LOL... thank you, and I'm glad you found these threads interesting (in spite of the occasional sparks). I just love China, its people and its history. But the more I read, the more I realize how much I will never have the chance to learn. What get's me though, is that, IMHO, the Chinese race does not need to feed on itself, or on anyone else for that matter, to get to our place in the world. We are intelligent, resourceful, educated, and have a well proven track record of civilization. Curiously, the only thing that has ever kept us back as a race and a people, ironicly enough, is the politics in our history. And BTW, if you happen across interesting Chinese tidbits, please feel free to add to our collective knowledge here. And thanks again for your interest in all thing Chinese.
