Tips On Roller and, Ice Skate

    I know how to skate but, i have a problem on how to stop when, i roller skate. And for ice skating, i don't know how to crossover, turn, spin and,jump.~Please & Thank You~

    Crossovers is when you...well cross your skates to the other side, its suppose to help you turn better and have more control. Unless you're going really fast like hockey players you don't really need to know that.

    haha talking about ice skating...i'm such an amateur...don't even know how to turn and brake...so i had to go very slowly...

    i can go on skateboard but not roller blades. but if i'm not mistaken on roller blades, there's something on the heels that will help you stop. or you can do what my friend did ... jump over the rail and crash!

    some rollerblades have a brake knob at the heel part, just lift your toes up and let the brakeknob drag and stop
    i rarely use it though, i just spin in a circle and stop (put weight on one blade and turn really hard)

    as for ice skating LOL i wish i could do the stop they do in hockey, but i just drag one skate until i stop
