A Cell-to-WiFi project that T-Mobile started as a pilot in Seatle, WA. The service basically helps users located in a “cell-signal challenged” areas such home office, or large office building to seamlessly switch from cell signal to WiFi signal when available (home WiFi, HotSpots, etc..).

its an interesting idea...its hoping it leads to the fact that you can use your cell on ur regular cellular network and when you come into contact with a hot spot..ur cell auto switches to using wifi..
