On May 7th, the popular women’s fashion event “Tokyo Girls Collection” took its show on the road to Beijing, China. Popular Japanese models including Karina and Yamada Yu and around 50 Chinese and Korean celebrities showed off Japan’s latest “Real Clothes” (fashionable everyday clothes) to an audience of several thousand. This was the third time TGC has come to Beijing, but the first time a large scale show was put on for regular consumers. 11 clothing brands were showcased, and the clothes worn by the models will be sold on the official website.
