hmm out of these three.. i 'd say... number 1 . plain. yet nicely done. the flags there are nicely put. that caught my attention. colors blends right in. number two doesnt seem appealing to me. eh number three gets my attention, its nice. the faces of PA. one thing that probably threw me off was the font =/ . heh. i personally think its a race for number one and number three. >_<
