TVB’s upcoming action crime drama, Sniper Attack 2013 <神槍狙擊2013>, held its costume fitting press conference on December 6. The drama stars Eddie Cheung (張兆輝) as a SDU commander, Michael Tse (謝天華) as a wealthy heir, and Kate Tsui (徐子珊) as a police officer. The surprise cast member, Eliza Sam (岑麗香), appeared at the press conference wearing a camouflage bush rag. She was later unveiled to be portraying a SDU sniper. To prepare for her role, Eliza underwent a strenuous gym training plan in the last few weeks. As one of Hong Kong’s most cherished “goddesses”, would Eliza have any sexy appearances in the drama? Eliza cried, “I never had a sexy image, and I also don’t think I’m a goddess!” She laughed, “I don’t think I will wear a swimsuit this time! Everyone, please let me go!” Eliza will be portraying Hong Kong’s first female SDU sniper. She explained her character to be someone who is quiet, cool, and never smiles. Also starring in the drama will be Kathy Chow (周海媚), who was absent at the press conference. Eddie explained that Kathy will portray his love interest. He also added that he will have a nude scene in the drama! Miki Yeung (楊愛瑾) of the disbanded Cookies group, as well as Alice Chan (陳煒), will be portraying two of the many love interests of Michael Tse’s character.
