Gigi thought she was unjustly accused by the reporters, TVB’s top executive Virginia Lok was also concerned that such news would affect Gigi’s image, hence TVB decided to fully investigate into the matter. It was found out that Gigi needed to change her hairstyle constantly in this series, from straight hair to wavy hair and back again after each scene. On that day of shooting, she had to straighten her hair for the next scene, however, due to a mistake in the time slot she wasn’t given enough time to fix her hair. The media who waited onset reported in the news that Gigi was late. After TVB’s investigation into the matter, it was decided that next time Gigi needs to change her hairstyle, the other actors will film their scenes first, giving her plenty of time to fix her hair.
