2009 Mr.Hong Kong contest was held last Saturday. This year's index rating is 20 point, up by one point from the previous year, but TVB had received four complaints. TVB Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Tsang Sing Ming reported the complaints included lack of dignity for the contestants; the way the contestants were dressed; the camera was not focused properly therefore the viewers can't see the contestants properly and lack of communication between last year and this year's contestants. However, TVB also received two complements, praising TVB that they had done a good job in the contest, the programme was well planned and entertaining. On the other hand, TVB also received eight complaints for "Super Giant voice" last Sunday. The complaints were mainly against host Prudence Liew who didn't show much respect for the participants, affected the contest atmosphere. Source: Takungpao
