A series of new stills from the Hong Kong comedy action film Buddy Cops <刑警兄弟> has been revealed in preparation for the film’s release at the end of the month. The vulgar buddy cop comedy stars Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and King Kong (金剛) as young CID investigators who are forced to live together after their own single parents fall in love and get married. In the meantime, Bosco goes back to his clingy and controlling ex-girlfriend (Charmaine Fong 方皓玟) to investigate her boss, the leader of a triad (Gordon Lam 林家棟). In the “R18” photos released by the studios, Charmaine is seen trying to violently seduce Bosco. In one photo, Charmaine engraved “I have AIDS” on Bosco’s chest while he is tied to the bed post. The Category III movie, co-produced by TVB, will be released in Hong Kong on April 21 and Mainland China on April 22. It is directed by Peter Tsi (戚家基) and produced by Eric Tsang (曾志偉), who also stars. The movie features leading appearances by Kate Tsui (徐子珊) and Jordan Chan (陳小春). Creds: QQ
it reminds me of some of the old classics, the two odd partners/friends always messing with each other but has to work together...
