as a noob, i'd say pinyin (only cos i can't recognise the actual word lol)

but the 4 stroke/5 stroke methods are much more common, especially with simplified
i did try to learn one of the hk methods, but its a lil hard when you don' tknow what the word looks like lol

Strokes are definitely easier (I never figure out anything with pinyin, be it Mandarin or Cantonese), I used to use NJStar but now I just use the OEM Chinese input from Windows...

i use google pinyin software....quite user friendly...use pinyin...
and i think that a person that know the character of the word you trying to type then you should use stroke, cause its simple....but if like me,alway forget bout the character, then better use pinyin, since i know how to read...

lol im using that pin yin but i hate it when u try and make the sound of a word and u cant get it lol , is there like a Han zi graph or something?

  6. depends... for the works i'm sure how to write properly i use pinyin... but for works like 喎, 唔, 咗, 嘅, 冇, 咁 etc it's easier to use strokes coz i can't find them in pinyin n even if they r there it's hard to work out the sound...
