Unable to play warcraft online

i can't play warcraft frozen throne online .
when i run warcraft ,my cpu usage reaches 100% and my internet connection lagg .~delay in game

because im using iZZI (USB wired) ,so when cpu usage reaches 100% internet slow's like SHIT
i tried many sort's of application like BES-Battle Encoder Shirase 1.2.2a http://mion.faireal.net/BES/ but it souldnt behelp me cause it can't target war3.exe because its priority is fixed ,canot change the priority to low

HELP ME !! i need to set my global cpu usage ,any software ??
or maybe u teach me how to set my maximum cpu usage is cmd ??

u say u can't play "online"

can u play locally on ur computer?
it would also help if u give more details on ur specs of ur pc

Pentium(r) CPU2.40GHz
2.40GHz, 512 of RAM

there's nothing wrong with my PC ,is just that when cpu usage reaches 100% therefore internet slow's because my internet is usb wired ...

 

^ increase the priority of the drivers that control the internet through your usb hub.

 

wen i play war3, it doesn't use 100% cpu
tone down the settings for the graphics (just settle with less detail etc)
it should help a bit
i've just given up on using high graphics, i'd just wanna b able to play lol

alternatively, since u can play locally (not online)
just get friends over, or go to friends place and lan
next best thing

else just upgrade the computer
or don't use internet via ur usb connection
i don't know what izzi is, but i'm sure u have an alternative way to connect to the net?

 

how do i set the usb hub priority ?? can you show me the detail's .

 

Your spec's are fine for this game.

1. Scan for virus.
2. Scan for spyware.
3. Defragment Hard drives.
4. Delete unnessary software, you may have junk running in the background.

 

what vintage said, and close down unnessary programs that might be runnign in the background.

 

was it working before? or did u just install and it not work?
if it was working before... just not now... check which applications were recently installed... reinstall?
ur computer is fine!! more than enough to run it no problems!

 

i change from streamyx to iZZi cause i want fast P2P speed.
because this is USB wired ,when CPU usage reaches 100% the internet seem's to stuck .
my internet connection is very stable only disconnect's once or twice daily.
my comp's spec is enough to run warcraft 3 !! & have nothing to do with viruses .

what can i do ??My cousin who is also using iZZI but he have no problem because he's using duo core1.6 Ghz .(duo core limit's cpu usage maximum to 50% therefore the internet still can run)

i need application or command that limit's total cpu usage to maybe 90% .??
or even someway that i can increase my usb hub priority ..

 

i guess there's no way you can limit your cpu usage . maybe i don't know UPGRADE your comp's spec

 

Is this a notebook or a desktop? If it's a notebook, check the power settings to see if its under a power save mode. That limits the maximum output of the CPU to conserve power.
