An uploder from Hong Kong uploaded Eason's two newest songs from the Canto album "Time Flies", is under custody. He uploaded the MP3s to a North American server and it was widely discuss via forum (discuss.com.hk), he was caught right away by Hong Kong Customs. Another uploader who decides to upload the whole album online via four different files names on an American & Holland's server was arrested immediately as well. HK Customs work closely with the web hosting comanpies to find out uploaders' IP address & contact info. According to IFPI, many users think uploading to a external server will not get consequences or trace, but this idea is proven to be wrong when HK Customs made the arrest immediately after the files got uploaded. The arrested personel may get fined $50k HKD per song or up to 4 years imprision.
