to continue from the other thread.... my thoughts on the new judges Eric Moo - he is the toughest one of the panel I think...they should kept one of the singing teachers Kitty? the short hair mean one. He has a few 'golden sayings' already lol Sally - great singer but she doesn't know how to express her feelings lol lack of chinese? at one point she said she doesn't know singing the different notes or ranges lol im like wtf!? I think she meant don't know how to say it in chinese! Eric Kwok - like Sally seem limited chinese...its either yes or no but they don't really explain why....the Westerners are more nice dont know who the other guy is...but he strict too
Sally grew up in Canada so her cantonese isn't perfect. I don't like this concept of The Voice, instead of giving a chance to unknown talented singers, tvb is now promoting their own actors/actresses. Pathetic !
^that, but i still think that there are a lot of hidden talents within TVB, negating them is really non human.... it's all about chances (gay-wui).....i just hate the fact that TVB put mandy and oscar there... as if they're not famous after the awards they've gotten.... i lmao-ed when eric kwok think oscar sang perfectly (oscar was saved by the golden song sung by danny chan) even tho he admitted the "bias" he had with both oscar and mandy.... Judges cannot, i repeat, cannot have any bias....
apparently they gave really bad comments to oscar and mandy on the spot but tvb decided to cut them out when they aired them
EP.2 Fred picking the right songs....Stanley surprisingly bad no heart when he sings just the look. Ron/Moon did well he has cute dimples Becky Lee sound like spirit went in her...never heard chinese singer sing those eng theater songs quite weird and impressed at same time ;D
wth..... alan tam, hacken, and those fanboys judges gave oscar a high ass score.....his singing was horrible...tho i do respect him for dancing/singing while hurting... lily ho surprisingly sang sally's song pretty well.....(i'm also a fan of sally back in the days...and i would hate lily if she mess the song up)..but fortunately, she didnt... a job well done... Fred, as always, doing his thing....excellent job... definitely better than a lot of "singers" nowadays in HK moon... improving Bosco-look-alike....not too bad, but a very shaky performance the piano guy..... not too bad also, but i just dont feel anything when he sang it.... when alan sang the song, i'm into it... Becky, so sad to see her leave.... she's a really good singer... but she chose the wrong song....omg...
When I watched the first 2 episodes, I was pretty impressed and was especially looking forward to Fred Chang's performance. He did an incredible job and deserves to win. However, after watching The Voice of China, HK singers are shit. Every contestant that goes on the The Voice of China without any formal training kicks all the HK celebrities butt. HK Celebrities, go home!
I've seen better from Fred ..only means he didn't beat his last performance liked Lily Ho's performance...her voice is surprisingly good-blush guy with the hat lol is douche bag son from GPS!! xD nevered liked piano guy.. this dude is skinny! (rather see oscar on....) Moon is getting better with each performance...he has great stage presence Becky sounded like she wanted to quit singing after that performance...lack confidence? u gotta be stronger than that girll lollll
Eric kwok, wth dude..... gave Moon a "high" score of 67, wanted him to stay,.... Moon did good tonight, should've gotten a higher score, at lweast a 85 if i'm the judge....

sad to see the young man leaves, because his voice aint too bad....... But the contestants are just better than him..... Moon messed up, not too big of a mess but it's definitely his worst performance imo..... Corina sounded alittle off..... Grace sounded like J.Lo.... Fred definitely destroyed the contestants today....... the reporter guy doesndt sound too bad... i agree wit the judges that his end sound was a little OD..... the last guy seems like he's got the voice (his voice is definitely the best along with fred imo)... He sounded real good in the beginning, and then it started to go downhill.....
Fred was superb! that guitar soloheadbang2 the ent news reporter lol didn't realize he was that old 40....he had a good story...his daughter is that child actress! the preview shows Fred owning Alfred at his own song-lol
I seriously think Fred could win this competition and I really hope he does! Plus his recognition is gradually rising lol
tnh - i quite like this show, as it does give the opportunity for the tvb artists to become a singer and to show the viewers their passion about singing. I must say there are many other tvb artists who can actually sing but just hasn't been signed. As for Fred, I've heard him sing before and it's a shame he can't continue to sing. But after this show, he has a high chance of becoming an actual singer.
