Weird AVIConverter 3.0

I recently bought a mp4 player and it came equipped with a converter called AVIConverter 3.0. The weird thing is, it doesn't convert certain AVI files even if thee program can locate the file. Can anyone tell me how to deal with this problem? I haven't been able to find another converter that the player can play the conerted files. It's a duraplus D807.

 

so your trying to convert AVI to something that the player can play?

Maybe your comp doesnt have the correct codecs to read the AVI files?

is the name of the file in chinese?

 

Use a different program

 

^ yeh you could try WinAVI Mp4 converter, that's what i use to convert files into mp4 format.
