Breakfast: 2 Clif Bars, 1 bottle of water. Snack: 6 puff pastries, a bagel with a generous amount of cream cheese... on both sides and some flavored sparkling water. Lunch: large mongolian beef with rice, kimchi, side salad, coleslaw, and a can of coke at some store. Snack: can of coke with some extra cheesy goldfish crackers. Dinner: #4 on Wendy's menu, which was like bacon cheeseburger with fries and a coke.. biggie sized. Midnight delight: some leftover chicken with mashed potatoes, peas and a can of coke. It's crazy how much calories I take in a day, without much activity. I probably do 30 pushups a day and 50 crunches, with some walking between my classes, which is around 1-2 miles a day. I'm still 5'11, 160 pounds and healthy as an ox. And yea, what I eat is a daily routine, except that my snacks change from day to day.
Breakfast: Ham Macoroni....(the HK kind...if u know what im talking bout) Snack: At spare i went to mc donalds and had another breakfast...lol.. Lunch: Japanese food (Mikado...if anyone has that resturant where they live...) Dinner: Herbal chicken hotpot....that was yummi... Midnight snack: chips and coke... i think i might be as fat as Myolie Wu in that drama if i didnt do excersises and had dance...lol...i weight 85-90 pounds depending on how much i eat...lol..
lunch: 2 ham, tomato, and melted cheese croissants + ham tomato cheese sandwich + some spring rolls, and some orange juice all free cos of interview =D dinner, didnt' feel like eating lol
um..... from the morning till evening.......wonton....cup cake, yogurt, chimichanga, in n out ( double cheese burger, fries, coke) and some ice creme
i just ate FRESH SEAFOOD at a seaside restaurant.. the restaurant was built on wooden stilts.. just next to a fish farm by the coast! super duper black pepper crabs.. hot plate tofu.. woot.. burping black pepper crab now.
haha at 1st i thought 'what did you eat' how is this a rant but then read on that it was about calorie intake -lol
