post in format so its easier here i post what i ate. Breakfast: cereal and toast (spread with choco lunch: blt sandwich (homemade) dinner: noodles snacks: kinda brueno, grapes, bananna, apple. drink: tea, water. blackcurrent juice, coke. yeah tell me about what you eat oh if you like my post press thanks.

^ anything exists...ya just need to make itt..... ive had it before but it was fried fish with batter and then either have a pot of sweet and sour sauce or have the sauce stirred with the fried fish....its okies la... wahh you ate brekkie....gwai jai........hahahha...
i had something similiar but it was 'lor mai fai' an it was like coconut sticky rice an then i dipped it in some crushed peanut thing...
i have eatten today... "pay dan" + "fu juk" congeee.... egg fried rice + curry sauce 2 bites of hot & spicy sausage (from tescos deli) a chocolate temptations from weightwatchers thing... apple sooon... chicken curry/rice and broccoli and mroe fruits
Breakfast and Lunch combined: Dim Sum (Ha Gow, Bow jai fan, egg tarts. etc) Dinner:Sashimi Uni, Scallops, Salmon, sweet shrimp)
McDonalds :( a regular cheeseburger, fries and strawberry milkshake. came home later than usual and couldnt be bothered to cook
i had some steamed crab, wor tip, sui mai and some fun gor for lunch/dinner tihng...an a salad as well
