What do you guys think of this header?

one of the webmaster from my partner site was kind enough to make this in flash for me (www.webmaster-forums.co.uk) and i was wonderin if it should be replaced by that with a flash header instead. what do u guys think?

banner looks alright but it doesnt seem to fit properly
