They just opened up a Little Sheep hot pot here, have yet to try it cause my nephew said it's ok and they charge 50 cents for sauce...just wonder what's your favorite hot pot item and type of soup base do you like? Also you do prefer eating out or having it at home.
My favorite one is beef I remember one day we were at a hot pot restaurant, the all you can eat kind, the waitresses were very surprised by the amount of beef we, the girls, can ate I have no favorite place to eat it. Either at home or outside is ok for me. If it is in Asia, outside is good for the sauce and I don't have to slice the beef myself. At home, I can have many kind of food.
50 cent PER sauce or what? When I go out to hot pot, the sauce is key to hotpot. Usually soy sauce, satay sauce, peanut sauce, seseme oil, jalapeno, and scallion. Food: Any sliced meat (beef, lamb, ox tongue, etc), squid, octopus, cuttlefish, hand-made octopus balls, tripe (albert yip), tendon, and veggies. Probably missing some. Definitely prefer going out to hotpot vs at home.
