What do you order when you go Dim Sum?

If you go have your afternoon brunch in a chinese restaurant, also called dim sum, what would you usually order?

I usually order the rice noodle, pork buns, scallop dumplings, hot and sour soup, and those egg custards for dessert. -cool

 

ha gow

 

and sui mai

 

Porbably beef meat-balls, chicken buns, prawn dumplings, won ton with noodles or the crisp-duck with noodles.

 

CONGEE AND HA KO

 

I would like order " xiu mai "

its all about chicken "feet" - fong jow, and congee!!

 

I would go for the coconut pudding, Ha gou and many of the dumplings.

Every single time...

the shark fin dumplings (even though we all know it ain't shark fin)
the shrimp rice noodles (that white stuff with the shrimp inside & they put soy sauce over it)
the spare ribs
& the turnip cake.

Yummy.
