Not in the real world. People make bad choices all the time everyday. However, we just need to acknowledge those decisions as an area to improve instead of regretting it (because regret ultimately brings you into a downward spiral). Now if you truely believe that there is always a better option out there, you'll want to seek it until you obtain it. In the process, you'll gain confidence and experience to make smarter decisions with all aspects of your life. They are your primary building blocks to becoming a pillar of strength.
wat about eat healthy and exercise a postive mindset does help i think in extending life...when your happy u feel good and i think is the key feeling and being truely happy...
