reminds me of a tvb series happily ever after with bobby auyeung as the palace chef...he was competing against the british ambassador and he prepared a peking duck dish...when the white guy tasted it, he said there's some beef essence in the duck's meat...that scene made me salivate....i wonder if there's such taste lol
