    The ad is for the Jeans, not the shoes. Doesn't mean everything is by PUMA.

    Try check Puma's site/store, if not then you know it's not there.

    Nothing in in the ad is depicting another brand, hence no endorsement. Which is why I suggested the obvious, that is checking PUMA's site. ;)
