Mine was when my grandma (from dad's side) died last year. I was depressed for months...couldn't even eat or sleep. So what about you? What are some of your worst experiences? Let's all share so that we can cry together... :(
My ex boyfriend and I used to go riding on his motorcycle. On nice days/nights, we'd go to the mountains and ride. One night, someone we saw as a little brother wanted to come along with us. He'd just started riding, so he wasn't very good at controlling the bike. My boyfriend didn't agree to let him go at first, but seeing as how badly he wanted to go, I convinced my boyfriend that it would be okay. After that, he agreed to let him come along and we rode behind him to make sure that he was ok, and wouldn't feel pressured to keep up with us. At this one turn, he thought he saw something and he tried to avoid it. Since I was sitting in the back seat, I didn't know that something was wrong until my boyfriend called out to him and started speeding up...all I saw was that he lost control, and he rolled down the mountain. When we got to him, I took off his helmet, and he was already spitting up blood. He basically died in my arms. After that, I couldn't sleep for many nights. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw his last moments alive and how painful it was. My boyfriend and I pretty much kept to ourselves during the few months after his death. I started seeing a psychiatrist, and I was on anti-depressants for a while. Although his family never blamed the incident on us, to this day, 1 year later, I still feel responsible for his death, and I'm not over it. It's something that I'll never get over.
My worst experienced was when earlier in the school year, we had to do swimming in PE! I was like OMG swimming, my biggest fear. I look at bath water and i start to sweat! The first day, I was messing around in the water and i like sank under. I never swam before so i dont know how it feels to be underwater. I was so scared I thought i was going to die. Now im even more aquafobic -whistle
omg...reading that made me all teary. :( So sad...sounded like something from a fanfic... Fortunately for me, I've never witnessed any deaths before...my worst experience was when I accidently walked into the 'boys' bathroom without noticing and this guy came in RIGHT BEHIND ME! It was horrible, but nothing compared to what you experienced. =/
