hay guys... i know there is alot of petrol heads here just from out of the blues thought i would come up with a thread on "what would be the first thing you will customise in your car. this can be simple as changing your headlights or changing the bulbs for a more sporty look lights or HIDs or changing alloys or what ever... also this thread can discuss on how to install thing in cars or asking for recommendations. ....-flow
first thing i would do to my car is lower it. but since i'm out of the import scene imma leave my car stock.
so we have people here thats more interest in the I.C.E part and some the Tuning part.. cool. for those who are interest in I.C.E part 1-List how much you would spend 2-what brand will you go for 3-what will the set up will be like? how many subs or amps or what ever you will set up in the car the way it will look. 3-what you look for in I.C.E more loud music or more bass music or what? For Tuning the same question but in Tuning wise. :box:
budget? Sky is the limit. Do you want cheap Walmart clothes or do you want limited editions Burberry cashmere hand woven hoody? I would settle for North Face. Functional, reasonably priced. Same goes for your car. In the end, it's your car modded to your needs.
I lol @ people who put those fugly 5000$ rims and don't drop one inch. Ugly and clearly states: Money doesn't buy taste.
for ur sound system depends on what u really want. for me i would get a double din dvd/nav combo. i would prob go for a pioneer cause i love pioneer head units. they're so user friendly. bypass the parking break sensor n ur passengers can watch dvd while ur driving. for speakers i would go for sum mb quarts cause their sound quality is really good. i like to have my speakers for mids n highs. i would get componets for the front n just good mid to high range speakers for the back. for the subs i would mayb just go with 1 which is a kicker solo barric l7. a good 4 channel amp for the speakers n a good mono amp for the sub. u should b set with the ice after that. tunning wise please drop the car first. then go with sum decent rims. don't go with the cheap heavy ones. depending on what performance u want will depend on what u will go for
my ideal sounds system would look something like this Head Unit - Pioneer Premier DEX-99RS Front Speaker - Focal Utopia Be 2 Way/Illusion Audio CH-1 HLCD - Full Active Set up Front Speaker Amp - McIntosh MCC406M Sub Woofer - Illusion Audio Nd12i - Sealedl Box Sub Woofer Amp - Audison VRX 1.500 my actual setup would be Head Unit - Pioneer Premier DEH-880PRS Front Speaker - Focal K2 2 Way - Full Active Set up Front Speaker Amp - Audison VRX 4.300.2 Sub Woofer - JL Audio 10W6V2 - Sealed Box Sub Woofer Amp - JL Audio 500.1
