What zipper, unzipper program do you use?

What program do you use to handle file archives like zip, 7z, rar etc? For compression and decompression of files and directories?

Do you just use the built in unzipper in windows XP?

Or do you use Winzip? Winrar? Power achiver? Ultimatezip?

Tugzip? Izarc? Zip genius? 7z? Freezip? QuickZip? ICEOWS? WinImp?

Or do you just use a file manager that has compression and decompression abilities built in?

 

7z, best compression rate.

 

Used to use WinZip not any more beacuse of cheap external hard disk and 4 GB flash drive to transfer data between PCs. Also most people had broadband now most file can be transfer through the internet/email without compression.

 

i use 7-zip since its free and supports many different file archives

 

i use Winrar, so classic but it works so well all the time

 

Winrar, it does it job fairly well and first compression software i have tried. Stuck with it for 5 years.

 

winrar corporate because the interface is soo nice.
i do support 7zip and hope their interface becomes better.

 

I use 7-zip, has a little better compression rate than winrar.

yeah... agree to <B>yeeman22</B>. Never heard of 7-zip but i ll try it out soon.
