Whats a good Shut down prog for vista or windows 7?

Heya,
I d/ld auto shutdown-but I guess it was for XP version....SO after a few days...my OS crashed!!!
eep!

Is there a cool auto shutdown proggy for Vista or windows 7?
Or can u do it by going into control panel?

Pls lemme know....

 

I use 'goodnight Timer'

if you use win7 make sure you set it to run as administrator.

 

I make a cmd file with "shutdown -s" in it. Then I use that file to schedule a shutdown at a specific time. That command can be used in XP and Vista.
