What's the difference between Chinese, Japanese, and Korean?

I dont know if any one has posted this on this site already. But I thought it would be fun to take the quiz. I got only 10/18. I guess I dont really know the difference.

i tried that thing a long time ago... it's not really reliable tho because some of them are making faces and other things so yeah. doesn't really mean you can't tell... those examples they give some of them are so extreme

Well, from my experience, Korean people have smaller eyes. Japanese people are more westernized. Chinese people are in between. These are the distinctions i see in different groups of asians.
