If you aren't talking about Athena: Goddess of War, which is out already. IRIS 2, there hasn't been a date set yet, rumors has it around winter time which is around later in the year or early next year. But there are still a lot of things going on with the writing of the screenplay first than, of course the cast. Hopefully they will have the main cast back but for IRIS, the main character died or so we think... Basically, there aren't a lot of info on it yet. Just wait.
