Okay, so I've been searching for a laptop recently and I've decided my laptop has to be an asus. I'll be doing some gaming (i.e COD4) on my laptop as well as school work. I've taken a look at the Dell XPS but I trust Asus a lot more than dell. My budget is roughly $1300 aight...So I have two in mind, Both C1 and B1 look exactly the same, I don't care much about looks really lol. ASUS F8Sn-B1 - $1,146.04 Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 (2.10GHz) 14.1" WXGA (1280x800) Display 3GB DDR2 Memory, 250GB Hard Drive DVD Super Multi Drive Nvidia GeForce 9500M GS Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium http://www.excaliberpc.com/585119/asus-f8sn-b1-14.1-notebook.html ASUS F8Sn-C1 - $1,397.04 Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 (2.50GHz) 14.1" WXGA+ (1440x900) Display 3GB DDR2 Memory, 320GB Hard Drive DVD Super Multi Drive Nvidia GeForce 9500M GS Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium http://www.excaliberpc.com/585120/asus-f8sn-c1-14.1-notebook.html ASUS 360 Notebook Service Program: 2 - Standard 2 Year Global Warranty 0 - 30 days Zero Bright Dot Guaranty LCD replacement (ZBD) 2 - Free 2-way Overnight Shipping for warranty related services 24 - Technical Support: 24/7 (except holidays) ASUS Notebook Hotline: +1-888-678-3688 (Toll-free) One Year Accidental Damage Warranty (ADW): Click to register Online Technical Service: More info Global Service Locations: More info I can't decide which to get. Both are exactly the same except C1 has 0.4GHZ more and 120GB more than the B1 and the cost difference is ~$250. Any ways, I was hoping you guys could help me on deciding which one to get, either B1 or C1, please let me know if you know any other sites that have better deals, and ships to Canada lol. Thanks in advance.
none, if your into gaming, i would say go with a Gateway FX model for laptop.. but that is only if you don't mind being a 17" laptop lol... i guess 9500m is okay.. not really recommend for gaming for sure.. especially due to the Nvidia 8 series being faulty, overheating laptops.
my friend go the ASUS F8Sn-C1 and she sure likes it. lol plus it has more ram&memory.. the more the better still think my laptop was a better deal though -evil
they seem ok...but i'd get an xps over than just for the fact that the Dell warranty is better. I don't want to buy another laptop with just a 1 yr warranty every again. besides dell are always having sales for all of their systems
