just get yourself a decent economical petrol or diesel, no need for hybrid to save on gas, its all about how you drive

not that top gear is ever totally accurate, but its the point that matters

I get just under 6L/100km on my EK4. On happy footed weeks, I average no more then 8L/100km.

-Although I gotta admit, hybrid buses are one smart idea. Eliminate the noise from 0-30kmh as well as the pollution AND it just accelerates so much faster!
-I've driven a hybrid recently. Weirdest. Feeling. Ever.
me: so hummm, I don't hear any grunt
friend: dude! you're already at 60kmh!! (school zone)
    me: w.t.f. *brakes*

gas is nothing, try petroluem price

  8. They have implemented that noiseless acceleration on some cars and people who drive it feel as if the car is lacking power because they don't feel or hear the engine.... and simply judge the car that way.... but in actuality it has more power than the previous models -shrug

what?... its the same thing.... petroleum is just a general term for hydrocarbon fuels that includes gasoline....

its like saying "Apples are nothing, try fruit prices."

unless your talking about petroleum jelly.

a bottle of petroleum jelly 13oz is about 5 dollars.

1 fluid ounce is equal to 0.0078125 US gallons

so it takes 128 fluid ounces to equal one gallon.

    128 oz / 13 oz per bottle of vaseline = 9.8462

so therefore a gallon of petroleum jelly will cost you about 49 dollars.... shiiiit that IS expensive

I dunno what you might do with a gallon of petroleum jelly though :laugh2:

    :wackit: ?

better start stocking up now before vaseline gets really expensive, id hate to fill my car up with this shit

Or maybe countries that use the term 'gas' is cheaper than countries that call it petroleum.
