for male, don't forget about JJ Lin. as for band, hk: twins elsewhere: s.h.e f.i.r.'s popularity comes from their really unique instrumentals. catchy and worth listening to.
probably this year. but a lot of the "big" names really have to do with where you're looking at the market from. big names in hk are NOT the same as big names in taiwan. for example. joey yung is much, much, much less famous in taiwan. JJ Lin is much, much, much less famous in hk.
