I'm sure by now, any one who reads the news is aware that WikiLeaks, the whistle blowing "news" organization that had disclosed reams of top secret US documents related to the Afghan war has now released addition US military dirty laundry on US conduct during the Iraq war. The only thing that the US government can legally do, is to take the leakers to court, and hope for prison terms. However, the damage has already been done. That is, you cannot UN-leak any of the info once it's out there. The US has always been a very friendly target for those that want to point fingers, because there is very little to fear from the US in terms of retaliation.

Not so with other countries like Israel, China, Russia, or North Korea. My wish is, that WikiLeaks become genuinely international. It should expose secrets and lies from ALL countries, and not just a convenient low risk of retaliation country like the US. -rolleyes
