ok, i downloaded Winavi a couple days ago, and then it was working fine. but then today when i tried to convert something...it kept saying that there's an error and iono why. I was trying to convert a rmvb file to vcd and it just said ERROR, which it always worked...do u know why? or do i need to install anything. If not, what other RMVB converter can i Use? THANX!
did u try reinstalling it? i been using winAVI for the past 2 weeks.. no problems at all... if u do find another software to convert rmvb better than winAVI.. please share info thanks
lol, no problem. I'll tell u if i find any. but i tried uploading another rmvb files, and it worked...i wonder if it has anything to do wif the title given to the file because the file that i cant upload are all "suppose to be chinese" but then it gave me some scribbly stuff..so iono if thats the problem, if it is, i cant change it either -.- it wont let me..and lol yea i tried reinstalling it..lol
Oh yeh just to say winAVI will not work if any of the file names or folder name is in chinese. (for me anyway). but the error message usually says something about cant read from source or something. What I do is rename the folder it is in to the english name and then rename the individual files to 1,2,3,4 if they are not that already. If that fails it could mean the rmvb file is corrupt, so download the file again and retry. Hope that helps
