    hey,can anyone here enlighten me...is 2gb of ram is good enough to run window 7??coz now im using 1gb ram and its quite laggy..:S

    2gb is fine on desktop. I started off with only 2gb ddr2 kingston valueram (667 i believe) and was perfectly fine.

    I don't think so; at least not for me. I installed Win 7 on my old laptop; but it was so bad, I almost immediately reformat and revert back to Win XP.

    It is quite adventurous to go with the 'system requirements'. I wouldn't dare running win7 under 4GB...
